Are you asking if you can add that card to your current setup so it is SLI? Or are you asking if you can replace your 210 with a 250?

If you want to replace the card it will absolutely work.

If you want to run SLI I believe you have to have matching model numbers.

If you are planning on replacing the Graphics card, then yest it will work without no problem.

However, if u plan to SLI the GTS 210 And 250, then it can't be done. Because to SLI u will need the same model graphics Cards Like 2 x GTS 210 Or 2 x GTS 250.
