I've got a DI-704 and would like to setup an FTP server behind it. I've been unsuccesful thus far. Any suggestions on what program to use and how to set it up?

You will need to forward port 21 on your router to the computer running the ftp server.

Serv-U FTP is good as well. And yes, be sure to forward port 21. Its pretty easy to set up actually.
