Factory Overclocked vs self overclock?

Lets just say we have a regular evga 550ti that runs at stock 550ti speeds and then we have a superclocked 550ti by evga. Which one would have the higher performance or the same if clocked to the same speed? Such as if both were clocked to 1ghz?

Same clocks will give you same performance. However, if the cooling system is not the same, the "regular" one might overheat or make more noise (fan running faster) as it was never "qualified" to run at those speeds.
