Ok I'm building a gaming PC and need a good motherboard that's long lasting and reliable with a price range that's $200 or below. I'm not overclocking, so I don't need a board made for overclocking. Also, I would like to have around for 3 or 4 on fan connectors on it.

Other parts I am using are rip-jaw DDR3 RAM 2x4 and a GTX 670

Here are a couple of options... everyone motherboard is going to overclock so here are some good ones that have great reviews.

Since you are not going to be overclocking and you only have one graphics I would suggest getting this board if you wanted to save some money and spend some extra money on other components.

if you're not OCing and you haven't bought the 3570k yet, may i recommend actually getting a 3470/3570 instead? kind of a sad waste buying a 3570k and then not OCing it.

best rated H77 on Newegg

if you're looking for build quality better than this, then you're entering Z77 territories. if you have a 3570K already, and changed you're mind about OCing though, there's this;

but seriously whether you OC or not, if you're willing to get a 3570K and a $200 board, may as well get on with it and grab a Z77
