How do i realize intel dg41wv is works properly and solve related issues

Hello,
Since last 03 months my crt monitor shut off suddenly while the cpu is working, and the power on light in monitor is going yellow from green.If I restat the machine, cpu does 03 beeps and cpu continues to work.But the monitor displays nothing.When I does on my computer after some it work fine.My mother board is Intel DG41WV
