Here are the Specs for my computer

Intel DX58SO Motherboard
Intel I7 920 Stock
Stock Intel Cooler
6GB Ram 1066 Ram
Nvidia 560 Ti PNY Signature Edition 850 Clock
520 Watt Corsair Power Supply
750 GB HDD SATA 2
500 GB HDD SATA 2
9X external hard drives (6 USB, 3 Firewire 400)
24in HP LED Monitor 1920 X 1080

I use my computer for watching videos using VLC and sometimes MPC
Re-encoding videos using Handbrake for Windows and Linux
Games: Skyrim, Battlefield 3 Ect
My question stands is there a limiting factor in my PC and if there is what is it and what would be a good replacement?

Next upgrade I am thinking about getting but am still unsure about is an SSD minimum 128 GB

Stock Intel Heatsink/Fan

920 just begs to be overclocked. This was one of the first mainstream cpus to consistently push 4ghz on 4 cores. Going from 2.66>4.0 is a massive jump in cpu power. With that being said I have no idea how oc friendly your Intel board is.
