Is my router hijacked?

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out if my router got hijacked yesterday. My internet is super slow and random websites pop up during google searches and when I'm going to different sites. I did a scan on hi jack this and copied the info they game me

scan for malware sounds like you have a TDSS rootkit.

if you scan and it is TDSS rootkit, make sure you run TDSSkiller.exe
