Eh... yeah it is compatible in a sense. First off your motherboard is too expensive.
For the same money of that mobo and cpu you can get the intel equivalents that will outrun the AMD by a large margin. Tell us what you need the system for, what parts you got etc. Fill the form at the top of the forum

Right now I have two Gtx 260's and im going to use this for gaming primarily. I have mouse keyboard dvd drive monitor graphics card. I need the rest. Do you have any recommendations for another motherboard? Im trying to not spend over 600. thanks

for that price your better off going for a 2500k, a mid range z68 motherboard and change the hard drive to a 1tb 7200rpm one as the 750gb isnt much cheaper than the 1tb.plus the psu would not have enough power connectors for both of your 260's, it only has 2 pcie 6+2 pins but your 260's need 2 6pins each so you need a psu that has at least 4 pcie(both 6pin or the 6+2 pin will do) power connectors

everything's good apart from the psu still has 2pcie connectors, but if you are going to use the 2500k's igp or you are just going to install a single gtx 260 then it will be fine, if you want both of your gtx 260's you'll have to get a power supply with 4 pcie 6pin or 6+2pin connectors
