Keyboard,mouse, and monitor not detected

Hello, I have a problem with my first build setting up:

Asrock z77 Extreme3
i5-3570k
Gigabyte gtx 670 oc
Corsair TX650

The initial boot setup showed that only the cpu and RAM were detected. Monitor mouse and keyboard were functional but after double checking I saw that the power wasn't connected fully to the devices that weren't detected including a case fan.
After rerouting cables I got the undetected devices and fans juiced up but there was no display and the mouse and keyboard were not working. I've tried taking out and putting back in the mobo button battery with no luck. Could it be a motherboard problem?
