I was trying to install windows 7 on my newly built pc when it stuck at "expanding windows files-0%". I decided to turn off the pc and try again, but whenever I turn on the computer it comes up with the message "bootmgr is missing, press ctrl alt del to restart. Apparently the fix for this is to insert your windows 7 disk and try and reinstall windows, but this message comes up before the windows installation wizard comes up. Anybody have any ideas on what to do to fix this. Thanks.

Check BIOS to make sure the DVD drive is set to the highest boot priority. If you're certain the system is booting from the DVD drive, check your Windows 7 disc for dust, scratches, etc...
