After an Age of Conan update my PC randomly shuts off while playing games, even low requirement games. Heard of another person whose PC is doing same thing also played Age of Conan. My girlfriends FX laptop, did the same thing now it barely stays on at all and even crashes while watching you tube. What could be causing this. Mine seemed to have problems after Age of Conan update made me upgrade to DirectX 11. Diagnostic said DirectX 11 is running properly. I really want to be able to play games without my desktop crashing. Why did my girlfriends laptop have the same issue? Any Ideas what could cause this?

I spent three days on the phone with the wonderful support at Funcom. They were very nice, however couldn't find the cause of the problem. They remote accessed and went through everything they could think of with me on phone.
