The computer right now with all the extras as is on newegg comes to $2009.34.
My budget is 2000 so this works out wonderfully.
However, If anyone could supply me with some feedback on what they think of this system, I will be running a partition of Windows 7 and linux on it. I have those softwares already. Also, if there are any issues with this computer, say it won't run or volts are off please point that out as well. Finally, I would like suggestion on how to better improve this system without changing the budget so that I can get every ounce of power that i can out of this beast. Thanks for all the help!

Just to let you know, I think you will get more replies if you just list the names of the components so people don't have to go through all those links.

After the monitor and keyboard i'll be looking at $1887 after MIR excluding shipping which is cheaper...I was planning on spending 2000 so should i use that extra room to get the i7-2600k in place of the i5-2500k?

you're gaming often... then i5 2500k is more than enough... i7 2600k does have hyperthreading which gives more power to execute tasks which requires multi-threading(i mean more than four)... most games do not benefit from this technology so i would say irrelevant for a gamer... anyway it depends on what you do with your pc...
