I recently started building a pc. I bought a i7 2700k (LGA 1155 socket) which used a large chunk of my allotted budget; my goal is to keep the total cost of the build under 400$. I have experience disassembling and reassembling computers but don't know much about the best components to build mine with.
As I mentioned in the title I would like to spend 70$ and would like the most bang for my buck. I was looking at two currently motherboards, but if you know of any better ones tell me:

MSI Z77A-G41

Biostar H77MU3

I don't know a lot about the intel side, but as a rule of thumb, it is never a good idea to dump all/most of your budget into one part and skimp out on another, you might want to save some money for a more expensive motherboard. (That's not actually a rule or anything, it's just how I do things to keep performance at the best it can possibly be for my setup).
