Power supply and graphics card upgrade

Anyone know of any reliable power supply's around 600 watt that I can get on a tight budget also any views on a Radeon 6570 or 6670 graphics card as I don't have much money so trying to get the best I can for the money I have to spend. At the moment the graphics card I have is really old and the powr supply is a 300 watt. My pc plays MW3 fine and the old Battlefield games but was looking to get Bf3 but know it will never work on what I have already as the demo wouldn't after installing it. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks!!!

What is your budget and where are you located? Also some other system specs would be helpful.

get a less powerful but more quality psu. I suggest:

and spend w/e you have left for the most powerful card you can buy.

The pc is a Dell Dimension E521 with 4gb memory not sure on specs it has got at the moment an old Radeon 1300 graphics card or simillar I have found a CIT power supply but cannot find any reviews so unsure if it is any good also just wanted some advice on the graphics cards stated above as I have £100 to spend on both. I know not a lot but that's all I can afford sorry I am useless when it comes to pc's I am In Wales in the UK.

you can check some uk sites and try to get a 6670 and a decent psu for about 100 pounds.
