Changing Voltages=Higher overclock on gpu?

Sorry I am new to gpu overclocking. Does this apply such as it does to a processor?

Yea the same way it does a cpu,Just watch you dont want to much or youll fry your card.

Yeah, google for safe voltages on whatever card you have and keep an eye on the temps.
