Hi- I just got a pair of Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB SATA III SSD drives. I would like to create a Raid 0 array with them and install Windows 7 64-bit on the Raid array. My mobo is the GA-870A-UD3 and cpu is the AMD Phenom II X6 1055T.

I was able to create the Raid 0 array in the bios. The issue comes up when I begin to install Windows 7 from the dvd.

The Windows 7 installation will start and then eventually ask for drivers. I have the Raid drivers from Gigabyte on a USB drive. I got the drivers from: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

I select the ahcix64s.inf driver, and it always results in this error:

"No new devices could be found. Make sure the driver files are correct and located on the driver installation media."

I'm totally new to setting up SSDs in raid, so any help would be appreciated!

Hi, Try this driver ftp://174.142.97.10/drivers/AMD/SATA/Floppy_Win7-64_Win...(3.2.1540.35).zip
Copy the entire folder on the stick.
