System Freezes After sometime with my new config.

Hello Everyone I need to know why my system hung up after sometime....
My Bios is loaded succesfully but my OS win xp freezes and it shows no option than of reset frm cabinet.... it happens approx evey 3 hrs...... tell me wht i do.

I did is cleaned Ram and reinstalled
Updated latest BIos version

I dont KNow why But it works good in windows 7 64bit i changed the hdd and rest i guess is good until nw
