Intel Core i7 3770K Motherboard suggestions?

So, I've decided to go with an Intel Core i7 3770K for my next build, and for the life of me, I can't seem to find a general consensus on what motherboards complement that particular CPU, which are just average, and which may even be a waste of money on features I probably won't have a use for.

My plan:

Overclock 3770K to ~4.2 Ghz
16GB DDR3 1600 RAM
1 GeForce GTX 680 4GB GPU
1 Asus Xonar STX sound card

A board with at least 1 IEEE 1394/firewire port would be very handy, too, but not necessary if the board has more than 2 PCI-E slots. I have a firewire card I can pull out of my old machine if I need to.

I've been looking at the Intel Z77 chipset boards, but I'm open to all suggestions.

What are you going for? Rendering? Gaming? That makes a difference. Assume you're rendering if you want the 3770 and something using the rapidly-dying firewire port.

I'm going for a combination of gaming and video editing, with rendering on the side. I need the firewire port because I shoot video on a Canon HV30, which connects to a computer via firewire.

I'm a fan of asrock n think the z77 extreme6 would work since it has firewire in back an header for front if ur case supports it.
