Which one is the better deal for me

I know you guys are trying to help but suggesting hardware from newegg,amazon,etc is useless for me since I don't live in the US.Simply tell me which bundle should I from the following which are in my budget.
1.XFX 6850 and FSP 500w Blue Storm
2.XFX 6850 and Coolermaster 600w Extreme power Plus
3.XFX 6790 and FSP 600w Blue Storm
4.XFX 6790 and Coolermaster GX 550

Considering I will be gaming at 1366x768.

Number 2 is definitely the best, not only because it's a good card but because I'd trust Coolermaster's PSU's over.... whatever FSP is.

Any of those would be fine really.

Personally, I'd look at the XFX 6850 and try and get a Corsair, Antec or Seasonic PSU if they have them. Even a 430w+ of those brands is plenty for either video card.

Any of those cards will be more than enough at that resolution.
If possible try and get a Corsair GS600 which makes u a bit more futureproof.
