currently sandy bridge supports only upto 1333mhz with a h61 or 67 chipset if i buy a ivy bridge cpu with a h77 chipset will i get native support for 1600mhz without overclocking
Would you not be better off just buying a P67/Z68 chipset? You'll still get IvyBridge support (Socket 1155) and you'll be able to support 1600MHz RAM and higher.
