Complications

this one is driving me nuts, first i have an emachine et1331g-03w, i have a 22in acer monitor and a magnavox zv450mw8 (dvd recorder). ok here is what i want to do. i want the acer connected by vga cable and i want the magnavox connected by a s-video cable, its eventualy making its way to my tv. i know im going to need a graphics card and dont realy want to go over 100 bucks. . . any suggestions? my brain hurts.

If it is not for gaming go for a low cost 6 series AMD card or a low 5 series Nvidia. Look at what you can get for the best price vs performance.
