Which 120GB SSD?

I've been thinking about getting a new SSD to make my gaming extra smooth. Now the question i have is What difference am i going to see between Agility 3/ Virtex 3/ Virtex 3 MAX IOPS? or will the Agility 3 be a good enough performance increase to make games extra smooth and not have any screen jumps from the HDD? thanks!

Tbh from the reviews the Corsair force GT is actually a good quality SSD with a fair price tag (also comes with a 90gig version). Might be worth taking a look at.
