Can I have 32gb: CORSAIR Μνήμη Dominator Platinum 2 x 8 GΒ DDR3-1866 ?

So I am buying MSI Z77A-GD80 motherboard with Intel 3770k

And from the site I am buying I can see: CORSAIR Μνήμη PC Dominator Platinum 2 x 8 GΒ DDR3-1866 PC3-15000 CL9 (CMD16GX3M2A1866C9)
So thats 16gb, but I want 32gb and I am kind of a noob around RAM.

Can I buy 2 of these packages and add 8gb 8gb 8gb 8gb in the motherboard and its going to work well?
Or?

you really dont need 32 gb of ram you dont even need 16 just get 4x4 so so you will fill up all 4 mem slots if that is your intention

There is no gamer in the world that needs 32GB.I honestly am not sure why it's even made. 16gb is more then enough for gaming,video editing, rending,photo shop elect.
