Quadro 4000 in AE

I have a Quadro 2000 and i would like to know if the Quadro 4000 will increase my render in AE last version.

Yes, the 4000 will perform better than the 2000 (the 4000 has a 256-bit data bus and 2x the memory as the 2000).

How much depends on several factors (drivers, overall system performance, etc.). However, you need to consider whether the shortened render time is actually worth the expense. Only you can answer that for your uses.
