Havung bought the Nikon Yesterday i have tried all the buttons and
controls,and have altered all manner of things.I would like to reset the
camera to the factory defaults.I can.t find this in the manual so can
someone tell me where it is on the camera menus,or what page of the users
manual many thanks Stephen.

Stephen,
The reset switch is shown in the manual on page 4 and 200 of the manual. It
is in a very small hole. I've never used it, but I should think the switch
could be pushed with a cut off round tooth pick. It is probably recessed in
a small hole to keep one from inadvertently resetting the camera.

Do yourself a favor and download the PDF copy of the manual from the Nikon
Tech Support website. That way you can search for things electronically.
