System gets restarted or gets hang

sytem gets hang or restarts motherboard and processor fan gets heat

is this a new system or an old one, if its new, check whether you've properly installed the heat sink/fan wit the thermal compound, if its old, you should clean out all the dust that may be loading up the fans.

I am assuming by system you are referring to a desktop pc and not a laptop/notebook
