Okaay, since you doing a HTPC, mATX will be great.

GIGABYTE GA-880GM-D2H AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard (Have durability feature, 2oz copper PCB etc)
or
MSI 880GM-E43 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard (more bell and whistle, but lack some durability feature from Gigabyte)

Their price are the same $79.99. Do you live in the US? If not, you can post you preferred retailer. And for the GPU, the 5570 will be GREAT for HTPC cause it can handle 1080p smoothly. But, if you have the money, you can upgrade to 6570 even 6670, little performance increase and support stereoscopic 3D.

HIS H667F1GD Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card with Eyefinity If you gonna do the upgrade.
If not
SAPPHIRE 100293L Radeon HD 5570 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card Support low profile case and very good price though $59.99.

wow thanks a lot,, but anyway im form the philippines and those boards you gave me are some how a hard to find so i have decided to extend my budget for the board to this GIGABYTE GA-880GM-UD2H http://www.sharksystems.com/browse/product/10358-information-technology/10001-computer-hardware/4895-motherboards/Gigabyte/GA-880GM-UD2H but the pirce is a bit cheaper here its about $98 and i think its bang for the buck, i read a lot of reviews about it.

my tracks on choosing video cards are way on the track i was also looking forward to 6670 for my next upgrade but its a bit expensive here is like $88 but i think having that upgrade would be very satisfying so ill save money first,, hehe im still a student though,,,, hehe wow thanks a lot,,, :)
