Computer Tripping Breaker?

I used my air compressor (Turned it way down) to clean out my computer today. When I plugged everything back in and turned on the computer it tripped the breaker within about 5 seconds. I unhooked the Video card and tried rebooting and it didn't trip. I reinstalled the video card and again it didn't trip till a few moments ago. The computer was up and running for about 20 min then the breaker tripped again. Did i screw up my PSU or video card cleaning it out? How can i test either?

If this means anything, I have also been getting a lot of BSOD - Memory management lately as well. The case/power supply is only like 2-3 months old. It is logysis so not the best of brand.

CPU: amd athlon II X4 620 2.6ghz propus
RAM: Nanya PC2-6400 2gig x 2
HD: 300gig WD
PSU: Logysis 480watt
Video Card: PNY Geforce GT 545 1536mb Pci-E 2.0

As a professional guess....its the PSU....Swap another one in to test it...

That's what i figured, i threw an old 300 watt in there but It's lacking a few features. I put the "bad" one back in for now. I will order a new PSU here soon. Any good recommendations for my current setup? looking for under like 60 if possible.

For a system using a single GeForce GT 545 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 300 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 18 Amps or greater.

Your Logisys 480 Watt power supply has a +12 Volt current rating of 16 Amps (there's no indication by Logisys whether that is a continuous or peak value) so it doesn't even meet the minimum power supply requirements to properly power a system using a single GeForce GT 545.
