Motherboard upgrade question

I'm going to be upgrading my Foxconn AM3 motherboard to a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ Motherboard. I was wondering if Windows 7 would have any trouble booting up because of this upgrade. I realize that they're pretty much exactly the same chipset, but I would still like clarification if I will need to backup anything. I was just planning on uninstalling my old motherboard's drivers and swapping it out for the new one. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to add that my current motherboard is OEM. I'm very new to upgrading motherboards, so I don't know if that affects anything.
