Possible Memory Trouble

After a recent new build, I've started having trouble with very high memory and CPU usage within windows, related to svchost,.exe, dwm.exe, TrustedInstaller.exe, IAStorDataMgrSvc.exe, and Google Chrome.

Windows Update works very slowly and is unstable because of this. Also, I've noticed it takes longer to load webpages.

I'm posting in this thread because it's possible it might be related to my memory settings in the BIOS.
