i will be using my tv as a monitor....do you guys see anything conflicting here?

should i be getting something newer graphic card wise

im real new to pc gaming

Dont spend money on that computer .

Intel socket 1155 cpu's are cheaper and more powerful .
The 2500K is a better choice

Then a motherboard with a Z68 chipset .

2 x4 gig of RAM

Liquid cooling is generally a waste of time for a 2500K since they also run much cooler . A $30 air cooler will be fine .

$600 for a power supply? Is it made of gold?

Most of that system is a huge waste of money that wont add a thing to performance . You could spend half that and get 20- 30% better performance



Unless you are connecting to $1000 speakers then the sound built in to the motherboard will be fine .

Network adapters are also built in to the mb . Adding one wont improve networ speeds so thats wasted money too
