(another) Dual Channel Issue!

Hello to all!

I've just purchased and installed the Gigabyte Z77x-DH3 mother board (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4144#ov) and 4 4gb sticks of Corsair memory (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233180)

When I have 2 installed, the PC will post and boot into bios just fine, but with all 4 installed, the speakers beeps and then the machine shuts down.

I've read the other posts instructing users to make sure they are mounting the RAM into the correct dimm slots, which I am. Is there something I am missing? I'd really like to be able to use all 4 sticks.

BIG thank you for any help!

OS: Win 7 64bit
BIOS: F13

More about another dual channel issue
  1. first of all check your sticks one by one, because what i think is that one of your stick may be faulty.

other reason is you are using 2x dual channel memory kits, you should have buy 16gb dual ch. kit.
