Yes is powerful enough. It meets the recommended wattage for both cards.

And yes, there are 2 PCI connectors. One is a 6+2 pin, which means the 2pin part can be attached or unattached where required (some video cards require an 8pin connector which is where the +2 comes from) and then there's a standard 6pin PCI connector as well.

This is shown on the website page as: "1 x 8-pin (6+2) and 1 x 6-pin PCI-E connectors"
