Is this good for high level pc gaming

XFX6870HD

XFX CORE EDITION 650W 80 PLUS

And would i need an aftermarket cooler btw i don't plan on overclocking my cpu

You could get a cheaper motherboard and upgrade to 6950 since you're not overclocking. Otherwise it's pretty good. The RAM brand is unknown to me though.

Geil is OK but really your priorities are a bit off if that's your budget. Re-working to squeeze out more GPU power would be a good idea.

you dont need an after markey CPU cooler since your not overclocking

Kick the RAM down to 4GB Dual Channel (also make sure its 1.5V so it doesnt mess up the CPU)

Get a better video card with the savings
