Would upgrade to Windows 7 show any improvement in system performance? For details on the memory, Slot 1: 1gb Slot 2: 512mb Slot 3: 1gb Slot 4: 512mb Total 3GB (all PC-6400), two pairs of two different brands. Running on Vista 32bit which won't recognize 4gb. Dell 530 desktop motherboard allows 4gb.
