What's wrong with my graphics card?

Even just after turning on my computer after it I put it to sleep for the whole night, my CPU temp. was around 20-30 C, mobo was around 30-40. But my graphics card automatically goes up to 65C! Even though I just use the internet browser. I'm looking to buy a new one, but not sure which.
Right now there is a Zotac GT 430 with 1GB of DDR3 memory, it is on sale for $30, but I'm not sure if I should get it.

It needs 300 watts and my power supply is 300 watts as well.
I have a NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS with 256mb.

More about what wrong graphics card
  1. 300 watt is what it recommends for your entire system. It should be fine with your PSU. Juast make sure it is the right slot for your MB
  2. Ok thanks. How is the the GT 430 I described above? Is it any good? It is only $30 (on sale + rebate).
