Hi,
I just purchased and installed an GTX570, ASUS Xoner Essance STX and a Senn PC360 headset.

When ever talking VoIP, my mic comes out clear and sounds good. When ever I alt tab into a game and try and talk, everyone is crying about a loud annoying buzzing sound.

Everytime I load up an 3D object and my video card starts working, it is causing my mic to buzz.

Any ideas?

I just took the side of my case off and stuck my head inside the computer.

On my desk top I hear normal fan noise. When I alt tab into a full screen game I can hear a very low freq humming or buzzing sound.

Doing some research, could this be a bad capacitor in my video card? (Brand new Video Card, EVGA GTX570 OC)

I just plugged my headpone and microphone in to my onboard sound and the humming and buzzing noise is not there when the game is active.

So its coming from using the video card, ASUS Xoner Essance STX that requires a Molex for power.

Now I need to figure out, what is causing the noise, and how to fix it.
