Core temp or cpu temp? 1090t

As that guide says, they mean different things and should be considered in different situations. Use the core temp when going by the CPU's listed thermal limit, and use the CPU temp when referring to the actual temperature of the CPU: comparing heatsink performance, checking idle temps, etc.

thx for the anwer, then the CPU temp can go higher than 62? but not the cores

i got an Antec kuhler 620 with the 2 fans, the max CPU temp i reached was 59c, and the max CORE temp was 50c, you think its okay?

i got it oced to 4ghz with 1.4v
