Mobo 8 pin connecter problem

Hii

im building new pc (noob), the problem is that it doesnt boot anymore. i saw a smoke (and bad smell) came from ATX 8 pin connecter

Not good. First thing's first. Unplug your PC, and remove the motherboard to check both sides for signs of damage. If you spot any burned, melted or obviously broken components then it's time for both a new motherboard.

If everything looks good I'd start by checking your motherboard stand-offs for correct positioning to make sure it wasn't shorted. Then by testing your PSU for functionality, if it checks out then try and boot your system with a single stick of RAM in slot 1 and the CPU installed, but don't attach anythign else. If that checks out then reinstall everything and try booting.
