970A and Windows 8

I'm just wondering, I'm putting together a rig, and I'm probably getting Windows8, My mother board hasn't been flashed yet, will there be any compatability issues?

Flashing isn't for windows; I only use it for cpus that don't post. Windows 8 is largely compatable with windows 7 drivers; if your board has a full compliment of windows 7 drivers, you should be fine.
