Need some quick CPU help.

OK so i have this motherboard and just recently bought this CPU. My CPU wont go over 800mhz, I looked in CPU-z and everything looks fine and compatible and i stress tested it with prim95 and it wont go faster then 800mhz. Also this was a stock computer and it will not allow me into tho bios, Im starting to feel it wont work but i was hoping some more experienced people would know something.

Um the phenom 960t is a zosma processor, your board does not support zosma cpu's
