Hi guys!

So after building my new rig which consists of the following

P9x79 Pro
i7 3820
2x Asus GTX 670 DCU2
16Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
Corsair ax 860 Psu
Thermaltake Chaser MK1

I notice that when gaming the motherboard Starts to make a strange humming/buzzing sound, sure enough i found out that it is coil whine. It doesnt bother me because when i close the side pannel on my case its not that audible i would have to literaly stick my ear to the pannel to hear it + i game with headphones. My question is, whether this noise can affetct my components in any way to case damage the noise really doesnt bother me i cant hear it. It only makes the sound when im putting some GPU benchmarks on it or gaming, and im sure its not the GPU coz i switched lanes switched cards and the whine is still there i managed to isolate it to the Motherboard.

If it's got a fault send it back, simples.
Personally why risk a whole rig getting fried from a mobo that could pop when you can get itreplaced for free.
