What to Upgrade?

Alright so basically, I'm always looking to get Maximum performance, so I'll list my specs, and if you could upgrade some stuff, what would you do? Looking for some suggestions, thanks. ()Processor RAM, MB,Monitor etc.)(I'm trying to get a 3x2 Monitor setup right now)

if you are going to run 3 monitors i would get another 6950 and flash them both to 6970 and if you have a bit more cash maby a better psu?

You should be able to get a little more OC out of your CPU, not that it would affect your (gaming?) performance too terribly much. I'd suggest stacking a few more 6950s in there.

Get a second 6950 and crossfire them.

Up your CPU overclock to 4.6GHz.

You should be able to do this easily by accessing the AI Tuner option in your BIOS.

All this "high end" gear and using a 20" monitor?

yep gotta agree with the rest as well your system is pretty much set just need another GPU

unless the 20" dell is a very high quality display i'd suggest getting at least a 21-22" 1920x1080 display.
may be get a z68 motherboard with pcie 3.0 support e.g. the asrock z68 extreme3 gen3.

Thanks for the suggestions, 20" is fine, not great, like I said, I'm buying 6monitors, Probably the ve258q. And I need a new case, and my processor isn't staying cool.
