Help me choosing Mobo

He guys, i need help choosing a Motherboard, the MSI Z77A-G43 or the Asus Sabertooth Z77
the first one save's me a lot of money, do i notice the diffrence buying a Sabertooth? my rig:

GTX 680
I7 3770K
16GB Vengeance ram
700 watt psy
H80 Liquid cooling

Well, the big difference between the two is that the MSI doesnt support Crossfire/SLI and has two less SATAIII ports. I imagine it also has less of other small features like USB, fan headers and other small things.

Why are you deciding between these boards? On Newegg they are $100 apart, aiming at completely different markets. Get something like an AsRock Z77 Extreme4, its procides near all the features of the Sabertooth for a much lower cost.

I Am not going to use crossfire or SLI Anyway, and i only need like 4 or 5 usb ports, i'm buying my rig a site where they built it for me and those motherboards a the only two options, i think i will go with the MSI board,
