Gtx 460

Hi i just want to know my System is a Gtx 460 Cyclone with a amd athlon x4 635 and 4Gigs ddr3 ram and a resolution on 1280 x 1024.I just want to know if getting 45 FPS dragon age 2 on dx9 is right and getting 29 fps on DX11 with very high the right performance.If it is not is it my CPU or my resolution which is bottlenecking it.Thanks

at such a low resolution i would expect better performance. I suspect it is your cpu.
