In my opinion you can drop the 2600k to a 2500k & not lose anything for performance. Also since this is a gaming build. lower the ram down to 8gb or 4gb. Swap out the Enermax PSU for a Corsair TX750, less money for probably a better psu. Use the money you save on those components to try & upgrade your video card a bit.

That should all work.

The Enermax Modu87+ 700W would be a good choice if you wanted a very quiet PSU as it's maximum fan speed is 900RPM.
However there are some other options for Gold rated PSUs which are cheaper such as the Seasonic X-650, Antec High Current Pro 750W, Lepa G-700 (which is an Enermax Modu87+ 700W rebadge).

I agree about changing to an i5-2500 and 4/8GB of RAM, especially if they are significantly cheaper, which they usually are.

The Cooler Master Centurion 5 is quite an old case and I would have my doubts about whether it will be able to deal easily with the heat of a GTX 560 Ti.
So the savings from the other changes could be put into buying a nicer, higher quality, newer case.
