URGENT AT SHOP #RAM

I would like to know that, which would be the best option from the following config:
0) 4x1GB 1333MHz & 4x1GB 1333MHz Two SO-DIMMS.
1) 4x1GB 1333MHz & 8x1GB 1333MHz Two SO-DIMMS.
2) 4x1GB 1600MHz & 4x1GB 1600MHz Two SO-DIMMS.
I am using a 1st Gen i7 Quad-Core laptop w/ Windows 8 64-Bit. I use it for gaming.

But there's really no point - you definitely won't need more than 8 GB for gaming.
