Graphic card upgrade for dell xps 410

Hello, Can I upgrade my dell xps 410 graphic card to Nvidia geforce gtx 560 or ati radeon hd 6950?

My PC PSU is PC Power silencer 500 Dell.

Below is PC current spec,
CPU - intel Q6600
GPU - nvidia geforce 8800gt
HD 1 - 500 gig
HD 2 - 500 gig
Ram - 4 gig (2 x 2 gig)
drive 1 - DVD-rom
drive 2 - dvd writer
sound card - sound blaster x-fi

Is your Q6600 O.C.'d? or at Stock clocks?

If your Q6600 is at stock clock it will bottleneck either a GTX560 or 6950.Your going to have to O.C. to lessen the bottleneck or go with a less powerful card.

Your PSU should be suffcient for a single GTX560 or 6950.

You can still get a GTX560ti or a 6950 but just know that it's performance will be held back by your CPU.Of course you can always O.C. if you want to.
