Original Build Updated. I also changed out the case. My brother uses the same one and he loves it and its a fraction of the antec one. You think 500W is enough for this build? I'm kinda thinking 630W is a nice cushion. I will mainly be playing CoD, BF3, Rage and all them other intense games!

Yeah, 500w is more than enough. Don't use that raidmax crap. It's not a good brand and might fry your other parts.

LOL. Don't get Rage. it's a crappy game not worth the money.

If you can go amazon. This 1tb Harddrive is only $75 and it is pretty good.

The Hard drive you just listed is now $170

Wow, your right. It did just skyrocket in price. I did hear raidmax was crap but I though more Watts might do it justice. Do you think I need 8Gigs of RAM or is 4 fine. I'm pretty sure 8Gigs of RAM or more is for video editing and rendering stuff right?

4gb is fine for now :) . 8gb will be standard which i think will be in 2-3 years.

Anyway, it's best if you ordered the 1tb HDD from amazon right now since that promo is until tomorrow.

Get the corsair.

tell your friend to wait and save some money to build this computer right. i am not sold on the bulldozer architecture yet and no use in investing in old tech with phenom so the best route would be to save about 100 dollars more and build this computer with the right parts

$800 build in my sig + your monitor.

Core i5 2500k + Gigabyte HD6950 OC.
