It only has 2 of the four PCI-e power connectors the 2x GTX 560Ti will need. You'll need to use molex to PCI-e adapters for the extra PSU connections.
It does have the right amount of power for your system. And it has a 5yr warranty.

Quality & performance wise - it's a bit less than 'OK'. Did you get a good price?

I am building a similar spec build with two 560 ti 's I used this calculater http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp to determine what I needed for a psu . Keep in mind the available amperage on the 12v rail is as important as the total watts of the psu . The calculator spit out 672w as the reccomended . Good luck with the build

Each PCI-e to molex adapter wants 2 molex connectors for each PCI-e lead.
I think you'll be 'ok' with just 3 - 2 on 1 and 1 on the other.

A 95w CPU, 2x 170w cards and a couple of HDD's and you got nearly 700w! I think that calculators broken.

After reading that review again - I want to revise my rating from OK to less than OK.

And free shipping too. CM GX 650 had $6 shipping.

If you already have the CM GX 650W than, of course, you wouldn't replace it with another.

So will my CM GX 650W be enough for SLI and with the 3 molex to power two PCi-E adapters 2 molex in one adapter, one molex in the other?

I wouldn't recommend running SLI with a GX650 = it hasn't reviewed very well and is a rather old design by today's standards.(poor voltage regulation).
Something that's very important in regards to dual gpu's.
You'll eventually have to buy another unit imo!

If you are going to use an adapter, I would use the one that is two Molex to 6-pin. Only each molex has only one 12v line running to it, where each 6-pin has three.

yah the devils in thr details I guess . For the money not bad till ya read the reviews . A lot of doa's , noise issues , etc. . By not bad ( before mousrmonkey pounces on me ) :)  . Single 12v rail @ 52 amps , pfc but yah a lemon once ya dig a little . Not to mention $9.99 to buy a 1 year warranty .

So i should use these then but i won't have one molex spare.

3 - 2 on 1 and 1 on the other.

You're going to need four spare molex connectors to use those adapters.
